What you get
Giant presentation cheques for awards ceremonies, charity donations, rodeos, and sponsorship events. They are stiff enough to hold up on stage, and Charlene designs each one in Bonnyville from your graphics or a rough idea.
The board is coroplast with printed vinyl on top. Lamination is optional. The erasable option uses a markable laminate you can write on with a dry-erase marker, then wipe clean for the next presentation.
The recommended sizes are 12″×30″ and 20″×48″, the proportions that still look like a real cheque. Other sizes are possible on request.

Send a logo or an idea
Vector artwork is preferred (SVG, AI, or EPS). PDF, PNG, and JPEG files are fine at 150 DPI or higher, ideally around 300 DPI. Add a short description and any reference images.

Charlene designs it
The print file is built in-house in Bonnyville from your graphics and notes. Canva or ChatGPT images can guide the design, but they are not sent to print as-is.

You approve a proof
Two proofs are included. Nothing is printed until you approve. Extra proofs are billed as design time, or the graphics can be handed back to you.

We produce and deliver
Standard production is 4–5 business days after approval. Ship anywhere we can reach, or pick up in Bonnyville, AB.
Artwork guidelines
Keep logos and type inside the safe area. Extend background color and photos to the edge so a trim does not leave a white line. Charlene builds the final print file.
Questions
What artwork should I send?
High-quality graphics. Vector files (SVG, AI, or EPS) are preferred. PDF, PNG, and JPEG are accepted when they are at least 150 DPI, ideally around 300 DPI. Include a detailed description of the design and reference images.
Can I use a design I made in Canva or ChatGPT?
Yes, as a reference. Canva and ChatGPT outputs are not printable files. Charlene uses them to understand the idea, then builds a print-ready design.
Will I see a proof before it prints?
Yes. Two proofs are included, and nothing prints without your approval. Further proofs are charged as design time, or the graphics are handed back to you to finish.
Can the amount be written on later?
Yes. Ask for the erasable option. It uses a markable laminate that takes a dry-erase marker, so the amount can be filled in at the event and wiped off afterward.
What counts as a rush order?
Standard turnaround is 4–5 business days. A rush is about 2 business days and adds 25%, and only when correct, high-quality files arrive immediately. Laminated items need at least 8 hours for the material to set: print Monday morning, ship Tuesday afternoon.
