Grommet holes are included. Riders pin the number with their own safety pins. In practice these are used for one event. They can be kept and reused, but that is rarely requested. The set size is confirmed when you request a quote.

Vector artwork is preferred (SVG, AI, or EPS). PDF, PNG, and JPEG files are fine at 150 DPI or higher, ideally around 300 DPI. Add a short description and any reference images.

The print file is built in-house in Bonnyville from your graphics and notes. Canva or ChatGPT images can guide the design, but they are not sent to print as-is.

You approve a proof
Two proofs are included. Nothing is printed until you approve. Extra proofs are billed as design time, or the graphics can be handed back to you.

We produce and deliver
Standard production is 4–5 business days after approval. Ship anywhere we can reach, or pick up in Bonnyville, AB.
Artwork guidelines
Keep logos and type inside the safe area. Extend background color and photos to the edge so a trim does not leave a white line. Charlene builds the final print file.

Yes. Two proofs are included, and nothing prints without your approval. Further proofs are charged as design time, or the graphics are handed back to you to finish.

Most orders are custom: a spreadsheet of names and numbers. Sequential numbering is easier to produce and is available if your event does not need names on each number.
What counts as a rush order?
Standard turnaround is 4–5 business days. A rush is about 2 business days and adds 25%, and only when correct, high-quality files arrive immediately. Laminated items need at least 8 hours for the material to set: print Monday morning, ship Tuesday afternoon.
